A routine is an actual behaviour, ritual or action perform that will turn into the habit once performed consistently.
A basic way to figuring out your routine is by writing down why you do from the time you wake up to the afternoon.
Don't make your routine complicated, remember your routine should work to your goal, not to anyone else but you.
