In your bid to make new year resolutions, don't pressurise yourself too much, its okay to take it slow, and if you can't accomplish those tasks you planned out, its fine, it doesn't make you any less of a person. Please do make resolutions that can be actualized in real sense. Do remember the beginning of the year doesn't signify your rebirth, you don't transform overnight. Happy New Year Folks.

All the way from california Nickolas joined us on the show sharing his experience on Depression, and how he managed to get his mental health in check with the help of his friends and loved ones, and also 1st addressing the elephant in the room. Keeping your mental health in check is alot, know when you are burning out and take a break, communicate with people you trust and do not run away from your weaknesses.
