Infidelity in relationships

Infidelity/cheating can really strain a relationship and the people involved in it. It can leave the other person feeling devastated, betrayed, alone and confused. And in some cases can even end a relationship.
We advice people to stick to their partners, remain faithful to them and build a healthy relationships. Cheating is never a good path to take considering the effect it has on the people we love.

Setting S.M.A.R.T GOALS

Any goal that is not clearly written down is nothing more than a wish. It's not enough to just say the things you want to achieve, you also need to take a step further to writing them down. The process of identifying something you wish to accomplish and establishing measurable objectives with time-frames to help you achieve is called GOAL SETTING.
Your goals have to be SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ACHIEVABLE, REALISTIC AND TIME-BOUND.
